By purchasing software from "Your USA Host" (yourusahost.com)
you agree to the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions,
do not purchase this software.

You are purchasing a non-exclusive license to install
and run this software product.

This license permits the software to be used with
a SINGLE ACCOUNT. Each account having an account
name and an account password needs to have a
SEPARATE LICENSE.

You may make a copy of this software for backup
purposes. You are not allowed to distribute this
software for any reason, other than to give or resell
to your webhosting clients (if you are a webhosting provider),
but note that you must purchase a license for each one of
your webhosting clients that you provide this software to.
You are not allowed to resell or give away copies of this
software to people who are not your webhosting clients.

This license is not transferable.

You are not allowed to lease or rent this software.

NO WARRANTY:

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY
AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE
DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR
OR CORRECTION. ANY FREE UPDATES YOU MAY RECEIVE ARE NOT GUARANTEED
TO CORRECT ANY DEFECTS. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow
the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above limitations may

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL "YOUR USA HOST" BE LIABLE TO
YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT
LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF "YOUR USA HOST" HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
